- To be able to bend down easily
- To be able to get off the floor easily after playing with Bridget
- To not have heartburn, EVER
- To feel great about myself
- To be happy with my body
- To be able to fit into my pre Bridget jeans
- To see the muscle definition that I know I have
- To accomplish a goal I set for myself
- To fix my knee and back pain
- To sleep better
- To feel like ME again

Why am I doing this?
I think I truly need a reason to do this, to motivate me to stay on track, here are some of the reasons I want this:
Starting AGAIN
OK, so 2010 was not the year that I lost weight.
2011 IS the year I WILL lose weight and become healthy again.
I do not want to waste another year 'thinking' about losing weight and not DOING it.
In 2010, I did make a healthy change and got a new job, so this made a positive change to my lifestyle and to my mental health, so it wasnt all bad.
My first goal is to get back to where I ended off my last blog post, therefore...
My first goal is: 189 lbs
I want to achieve this by March 1st, 2011.
Today's weight: 205.8 lbs
... I'll check in with my updates.
