- To be able to bend down easily
- To be able to get off the floor easily after playing with Bridget
- To not have heartburn, EVER
- To feel great about myself
- To be happy with my body
- To be able to fit into my pre Bridget jeans
- To see the muscle definition that I know I have
- To accomplish a goal I set for myself
- To fix my knee and back pain
- To sleep better
- To feel like ME again

Why am I doing this?
I think I truly need a reason to do this, to motivate me to stay on track, here are some of the reasons I want this:
