Why am I doing this?

I think I truly need a reason to do this, to motivate me to stay on track, here are some of the reasons I want this:
  • To be healthy
  • To be a good role model for Bridget
  • To be able to bend down easily
  • To be able to get off the floor easily after playing with Bridget
  • To not have heartburn, EVER
  • To feel great about myself
  • To be happy with my body
  • To be able to fit into my pre Bridget jeans
  • To see the muscle definition that I know I have
  • To accomplish a goal I set for myself
  • To fix my knee and back pain
  • To sleep better
  • To feel like ME again
