Keep the Goal the Goal

WHAT TO DO TODAY

Focus on behavior, not outcomes.
You can only control what you CHOOSE to DO. Focus on that.

If need be, brainstorm and “map out” some ideas.
If you’re a visual person, draw yourself the “big picture” of your skills.
You can use our handy blank wheel chart if you like. Or make your own with the criteria you think are important.

Pick your ONE SMALL habit task for the next two weeks, if you haven’t already done so.
This task can either:
a) improve a weakness; or
b) strengthen a strength.

Stay on target.
Keep the goal the goal.
Client-You: Stick to the task that Coach-You has assigned.
Coach-You: Help Client-You stay on track.

Do that task today.
Then check it off! Yeah Coach!
